Merchant's description
Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Cramant, Avize and Oger, and aged for 8 years, this blanc des blancs is moreish, creamy and mineral. Notes of toasted almonds, vanilla custard cream and spices, all lifted by a delicate mousse. The palate is well-balanced with intense flavours, reminiscent of mild spices, brioche, stone fruits and hints of honey. An ideal champagne to pair with seared cod with chive butter sauce or buttermilk fried chicken.
