Merchant's description

Gevrey-Chambertin Armand Rousseau 2018 is a Pinot Noir from the Gevrey-Chambertin village appellation, blended from eight parcels totalling 1.68 hectares owned by Rousseau within the commune. This bottling, fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak, bursts with aromas of ripe raspberries and cherries mingled with raw cocoa and a subtle hint of oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with a fleshy texture and powdery tannins that are balanced by succulent acidity, retaining the domaine’s signature of elegance and promising to age gracefully.
