Merchant's description
Gigondas wines are remarkably similar to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Guigal makes this principally from Grenache with Mourvèdre and Syrah in smaller quantities to give the wine more back-bone, tannin and ageing potential. The wine is matured for two years in large oak foudres. ABV: 15%
