Henri Giraud is a long-standing champagne house currently run by thirteenth-generation descendant Emmanuelle Giraud-Patour. The Maison owns approximately 10 hectares, mainly planted to Pinot Noir on chalk soils, and also sources fruit from selected growers. ‘Dame-Jane’ is the new rosé in the range, which replaces ‘Esprit Rosé’. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the wine is aged for at least 3 years on the lees. A delicate champagne with notes of crushed flowers, cherries, red berries, yellow plums, orange zest, pink peppercorn and crusty bread.
