Merchant's description
The 22-hectare Holden Manz Estate is situated in the southernmost corner of the Franschhoek Valley, sitting at 300m a.s.l between the Franschhoek River and Stony Brook. The 2018 is a rich expression of the Cabernet Franc varietal offering up a cassis and dark berried profile together with savoury nuances, well integrated use of wood and subtle tannins. Long on the finish, with plenty of spice and mocha character.
