Merchant's description

Château L’Arrosée 1996 is a medium-bodied red from Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. The 10-hectare estate is planted with 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc. This vintage comprises 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested from limestone soils. In the glass, there are notes of dark ruby hue. The nose is muted, but with aeration, it reveals notes of dusty minerals intertwined with black cherries and raspberries with subtle toasty oak.
