Merchant's description
Château La Croix is a 10-hectare estate situated within the Pomerol appellation. The property is owned by the Janoueix family, whose portfolio includes several other châteaux in Saint-Émilion, Pomerol and Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. The grand vin is a Merlot-based expression, with small amounts of Cabernet Franc for added elegance. Expect a very classic Bordeaux rouge, showing notes of dark plums, spices, tobacco and dried roses.
