An assemblage of wines from 2008, 2007 and 2006, Laurent Perrier`s 25th release of Grand Siecle is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir - all sourced from Grand Cru level vineyards. The wine spends an astonishing 12 years on the lees before bottling. Notes of fresh citrus, grilled almonds and brioche dominate the nose, while the palate balances zesty freshness with toasty nuttiness before a persistent, complex finish. This is a serious wine that stands shoulder to shoulder with some of the world`s most iconic Champagnes.
