Merchant's description
First appearing in the 1988 vintage, Le Petit Cheval is the second wine of illustrious Saint-Émilion estate, Château Cheval Blanc. On average, 4,000 cases of Le Petit Cheval are made each vintage. Produced mostly from declassified wine from the Grand Vin that is blended with other selected parcels. The 2019 is a muscular and tannic vintage with lovely berry fruit coupled with cedar and floral notes.
