Littorai One Acre Pinot Noir 2018 is produced from the One Acre vineyard, known as the first `by-the-acre` grower contract in the region, now under Littorai’s stewardship. Nestled in the northeast mountains above Boonville, the vineyard`s altitude of 488 metres offers a cooler microclimate, influenced by Pacific breezes. The sandy loam soils above marine sandstone contribute to the development of structured tannins. For this vintage, grapes were hand-selected and sorted, fermented at controlled temperatures, and matured in 25% new French oak for 16 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
