Littorai is a family-run winery located in Sonoma, with a dedicated emphasis on producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Their portfolio includes a diverse selection of single-vineyard wines crafted from these two grape varieties, sourced from a combination of contract growers, leased vineyards, and their own holdings spanning the Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley AVAs. The winery was established in 1993 by Heidi and Ted Lemon, both of whom brought with them a wealth of experience from renowned estates such as Romanée-Conti, Dujac, Georges Roumier, Domaine Chandon, and Stag`s Leap Cellars. This 2012 Pinot Noir comes from Pivot Vineyard which was planted in 2004. It has been farmed using biodynamic methods and organic materials since its inception, but not certified.
