Château Malarctic-Lagravière is an esteemed estate located in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Bordeaux. The property is currently owned by the Bonnie family, who acquired it in 1997. The Bonnie family has made significant investments in the vineyards and modernized the winemaking facilities, aiming to elevate the quality and reputation of the Château. The vineyards cover around 53 hectares and are planted with a combination of red and white grape varieties. The red grape varieties consist mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, while the white grape varieties include Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The 2009 vintage in Bordeaux, including Pessac-Léognan, is generally considered exceptional. It was a highly regarded vintage known for producing wines of great quality and aging potential.
