Merchant's description
A crisp and fruity Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine Jean Teiller. The grapes are sourced from 9ha of vines, located on the hillside slopes of the villages of Menetou-Salon, Parassy, Vignoux-sous-les-Aix and Aubinges. The wine is aged in 95% in stainless steel vats and 5% in oak barrels. Assertive on the nose with citrus, peach and floral notes, combined with fresh acidity on the palate and a long finish. Works well served as an apéritif or to accompany shellfish and white meats.
