Lucien Le Moine is a small, independent wine merchant founded by Mounir and Rotem Saouma in 1999. They specialise in sourcing Premier and Grand Cru wines from Burgundy, which they then age in their vaulted cellar in Beaune. There is no winemaking involved as the wines reach them after fermentation. This cuvée comes from Meursault’s Premier Cru ‘Les Perrières’, where perfect east-southeast exposure contributes to the excellence of the wines.
