Cellar for up to 4 years. Serve chilled. The Cronk family have been creating gorgeous pale pink Provencal rosés since 2010 after exchanging their busy corporate lives in London for a more relaxed pace of life in rural France. They made their first wines with the assistance of Master of Wine Angela Muir, and today their bottles are sold in more than 50 countries all over the world. Mirabeau has also picked up a treasure trove of accolades and awards including regular gold medals from the IWC and Global Rosé Masters. The Cronks released their limited edition Etoile rosé in 2017 as a premium gastronomic wine which is perfectly suited to pairing with everything from the finest seafood to delicate fruit-based desserts. This enchanting rosé is crafted from 90% Grenache and 10% Cinsault with the grapes carefully harvested at night to preserve their natural freshness and aromatic character. As soon as you pour yourself a glass you’ll notice the enticing dusty pink hue and hints of white peach, pear, and pink grapefruit. The first sip reveals a bright freshness, lingering strawberry and red cherry flavours and incredible lightness on the palate with a very pure and clean finish.
