Situated in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Cécile Tremblay is a relatively new producer only established in 2003. Since its inception, the estate has been farmed biodynamically and all the grapes are harvested by hand. This release comes from a 0.5-hectare parcel of 40-year-old vines situated just below the Premier Cru of Clos des Sorbets. These wines are typically filled with ripe red and black fruits with a spicy hint, fine tannins and a touch of salinity.
