For the 2000 vintage of Château Mouton-Rothschild, Baroness Philippine departed from the tradition of commissioning a painter to design the bottle label and, instead, came up with a limited-edition bottling adorned with the “Augsburg Ram” engraved on the front. The vintage was exceptionally strong in Bordeaux and this classic Mouton blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot is full-bodied, muscular and incredibly complex, with the potential for at least 20-30 years cellaring.
