Domaine Sylvain Cathiard is a boutique wine producer situated in the village of Vosne-Romanée. Sylvain’s son Sébastien has been fully in charge since 2011, overseeing the family’s five hectares of vines spread between Vosne-Romanée, Nuit-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. This release hails from Aux Murgers, a Premier Cru situated at the northern end of the Nuits-Saint-Georges commune, planted exclusively to Pinot Noir. Although it is still too early to give a definitive assessment on Burgundy 2020, most reports suggest that the vintage is shaping up to be outstanding.
