Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat covers approximately 10 hectares spread over 4 villages and 15 different appellations. Originally founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot, today the property is run by his talented grandson Charles van Canneyt, who also created a négociant business on the side. This cuvée comes from ‘Les Bas de Combes’, a lieu-dit in Nuits-Saint-Georges where the Domaine owns a 0.21-hectare plot. The 2016 vintage produced charming and potentially long-lived reds, with a winning combination of bright, expressive fruit paired with excellent acidity.
