Nyetimber 1086 2013 is a vintage, prestige-cuvée English sparkling wine produced at the Nyetimber estate in West Sussex. Only made in the most exceptionally good vintages from the best vineyard parcels of the Nyetimber estate, 1086 is an exercise in elegance, texture and complexity, and undoubtedly one of the finest English sparkling wines. The 2013 is an assemblage of 51% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier. Producer note. "2013 was a vintage of pleasingly temperate conditions, with a fresh spring and summer, and calm conditions throughout, allowing for the gradual ripening and layered flavour development.
