Merchant's description

Paco dos Infantes Verdelho 2020 is a full-bodied, unoaked white wine produced from the Verdelho grape variety in the Alentejo region of southern Portugal. After meticulous sorting, the Verdelho grapes were transferred to a cement egg for fermentation. The wine then spent eight months maturing on the fine lees with periodic battônage in the same cement egg, spending a further six months in bottle before release. Textured with finely balanced creaminess from lees ageing and vibrant citrus and herbal notes.
