Pavillon Rouge is the Second Wine of First Growth classified estate, Château Margaux. It is made with the same level of rigor and meticulous attention to detail as the Grand Vin but is generally better for earlier drinking. The 2009 vintage is produced from a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot.
