A wine that has been considered to be the international benchmark for Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a beautifully intense and flavoursome full-bodied Cabernet, matured in new American oak hogsheads for 15 months. A rare treat from the 1991 vintage produced from grapes grown across vineyards in Coonawarra, Barossa Valley and Eden Valley.
