Lucien Le Moine is a relatively newly established domaine in Burgundy and have swiftly established themselves as a reliable producer of fine Premier Cru and Grand Cru bottlings. Founded by Rotem & Mounir Saouma in the late 1990s, the couple produce wines from over 20 different vineyard sites and quality is consistent across the board. Expect a nose of citrus, green apple and floral notes. Mineral and wonderfully textured on the palate, leading to a long finish.
