This is the elegant second wine from Château Mouton Rothschild, the iconic First Growth estate located within the Pauillac appellation. The 2009 vintage is a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, aged in 60% new oak. The wine is ready to be enjoyed now. juicy, fruity and well-rounded with very fine, ripe tannins and a fresh medium-long finish. Punching well above its second vin status.
