Pierre Legras Coste Beert NV is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne sourced from old-vine Chardonnay in Chouilly, one of the Côte des Blancs’ most elegant Grand Cru villages. The cuvée is vinified partly in oak and aged on lees, giving breadth and texture to its chalk-driven core. The wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and pastry, carrying a fine, persistent mousse and a saline, tapering finish.
