The prolific Thierry Pillot is not only a winemaker at his family-owned Domaine Paul Pillot, but also releases superb wines under his own label. Straddling the village boundary between Puligny and Chassagne, Les Enseignères is one of the most renowned named vineyard sites in Puligny-Montrachet.
