Formed in 2003, Domaine Alain Chavy is an independent estate, known for elegant, low-intervention wines. The domaine currently owns 6.5 hectares of vineyards, including parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru vineyards of Le Champs Gain, Les Pucelles, Le Clavaillon and Les Folatières, where this release comes from. 2020 was a unique vintage, with mostly hot and dry weather producing wines of remarkable freshness and balance.
