The wine is crafted from two components—50% fermented and matured in French oak, 50% in stainless steel—before being blended and left on the lees for added texture and finesse. The 2024 release opens with a complex, quietly expressive nose of quince, white peach, yellow apple and subtle fenugreek spice, all lifted by a clear mineral thread.
