Rathfinny enjoys a climate, chalk soil and aspect that are perfect for producing world-class sparkling wine. The 2016 Rosé is vivid coral in hue with a lifted nose of wild strawberry and mandarin zest. On the palate it is silky and rich with notes of cherry and red apple.
