Ridge Vineyards is one of the most acclaimed wineries in California and, since inception in 1962, it has built an incredible reputation for consistently producing exceptionally high-quality single-vineyard wines. Based in the Alexander Valley, Geyserville has been the source of this unique field blend every vintage since 1966. Composed of 68% Zinfandel, 18% Carignan, 12% Petite Sirah and 2% Alicante Bouschet, it is a multi-layered red with wonderfully rich notes of black fruits, dried flowers, sweet pipe tobacco, dark chocolate and earth. The 2017 is exceptionally youthful still and will almost certainly benefit from a few years in the cellar.
