This de-alcoholised sparkling white wine is made from the Macabeo grape variety. The alcohol was removed using the spinning cones technique. Schenk Italian Wineries was founded in 1952 and is based in Trentino - one of the leading wine producers and exporters of Italian wines. Serve well chilled.
