Ruinart's excellent Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay. Complex flavours Grand Cru Chardonnay has been used to make this Champagne. Citrus, peach and white flower aromas evolve into a fresh and supple palate, superb with oysters. Alcohol by volume : 12.5% ABV.
