Marc Morey Rully 2015 is a medium-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Rully appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy. Domaine Marc Morey & Fils was originally founded in 1919 by Marc’s father Fernand Morey, who began his career as a vigneron with a couple of hectares in Chassagne-Montrachet. Today, the estate is run by Marc’s daughter Marie-Josèphe, her husband Bernard Mollard and their daughter Sabine. The 2015 Rully is barrel-fermented and aged on lees for at least six months prior to bottling. "Lean and driven by lively acidity. Apple, lemon pie and stone flavours mingle as this winds down on the chalklike finish. Shows personality and length." Wine Spectator, 2016
