Rutini Malbec is a red wine with a very intense color and splendid purple reflections. On the nose, the wine reveals the typical intensity of Malbec with aromas of red fruits (cherry, currant), accompanied by hints of plum. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and highly concentrated. Its excellent tannic backbone reveals a resemblance to the French wines of Cahors. It is an excellent food wine. Try it with grilled and roasted red meats, filet of beef, roast lamb, wild rabbit ‘alla cacciatora’, or the typical Argentine beef empanadas.
