The 2022 White Blend Savage undergoes whole bunch pressing, followed by barrel fermentation and a 10-month ageing period in 500-litre French oak barrels, with 20% being new. Expect aromas of white peach, beeswax, and yellow plum; even at 25% of the blend, the Sémillon contributes expressiveness. The palate displays excellent balance, showcasing a linear style with fine acidity, especially noteworthy given the vintage. It concludes with a citrus-fresh, sharply defined finish where the Sauvignon asserts its presence.
