Savennières Clos de la Hutte Thibaud Boudignon 2022 is a 100% Chenin Blanc from the Clos de la Hutte vineyard located in the hamlet of La Possonnière. The vines were planted in 2011 using massal selection. The terroir features solid schist, interspersed with clay and sandy topsoil before reaching the bedrock. The wine ferments with indigenous yeast and does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It is aged in a combination of 350-litre and 500-litre barrels, with 15% of the barrels being new. Thibaud Boudignon is known for his biodynamic farming practices.
