Winemaker Bernhard Bredell focuses on a low-intervention style, using natural fermentation and old oak barrels to preserve the purity of the Pinotage fruit. The wine displays a vibrant and floral profile, with notes of red cherries, pomegranate and a hint of earthy spice.
