Serodes & Kovac Vallée des Aigles Cazot Orange 2023 is a full-bodied orange wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Cazot wines were founded by two close friends, David Serodes and Boris Kovac, who met during their studies in oenology and developed a strong bond. This release is a harmonious blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Muscat grapes. It gains its robust structure from the tannins of the seeds and skins, and its natural hue from the pigments in the grape skins. The nose delights with lovely aromas of mandarin and peach blossom, while the palate offers a light and invigorating drinking experience with vibrant flavours of mandarin, orange, candied citrus peel, and a hint of Turkish Delight.
