The grapes come from Sine Qua Non`s estate vineyard, Eleven Confessions, located in the Santa Rita Hills appellation of Santa Barbara County. The cool, maritime-influenced climate of this region contributes to the elegance and balance of the wines produced here. The vineyard`s sandy loam soils add complexity to the wine. It is a rich, full-bodied expression, boasting notes of blackberries, blueberries, and black cherries, along with hints of black pepper, smoked meat, leather, and liquorice.
