Budbreak occurred in mid to late April, demanding close attention from the vineyard team. The resultant wine offers aromas of graphite, cedar, and damp earth. On the palate, a precise acidity is evident, providing a framework for the wine’s structure. The tannins are gentle, unfurling gradually and culminating in a lengthy finish.
