The Mascot is a red wine produced by Will Harlan, the son of legendary winemaker Bill Harlan. It is made from the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory vineyards, which are all highly acclaimed properties in the region. The 2018 vintage exhibits a complex nose of blackberries, black cherries, and cassis, intertwined with notes of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of oak. On the palate, the wine reveals rich layers of dark fruit, well-integrated tannins, and brisk acidity, offering a balanced and full-bodied mouthfeel.
