Merchant's description
Situated in Congy, south of Épernay and west of Vertus, Ulysse Collin is a boutique champagne producer with roots dating back to 1812. The estate in its contemporary form was founded by Olivier Collin in 2003. This single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs presents a bouquet with enticing aromas of baked apple, red berries, and subtle brioche undertones. The palate resonates with the red berry notes, complemented by an appealing minerality and a touch of spice.
