Merchant's description
“It’s all about the soil”, Is anything more like to set of the BS detector than that. However, in this case the high proportion Silex soils in the vineyards that produce the fruit for this excellent wine really are the difference maker. In Sancerre they enliven and add minerality and even in the more mundane vineyards of Tourraine they have a similarly transformative effect. Give it a try we are sure you’ll love it as much as we do.
