This gorgeous vintage rosé from Maison Veuve Clicquot is a blend of 53% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 7% Meunier, sourced from 8 different crus. The nose delivers notes of strawberries, toasted almonds and pomegranate. On the palate, some earthy elements give it a nice flourish of savoury complexity. 2004 was a standout vintage for Champagne, with excellent balance of ripe fruit and acidity.
