Gonzalez Byass Viña AB begins life in the Tio Pepe solera as a Fino sherry ageing under flor. After a minimum of 4 years under flor, the wine is then moved to the AB Solera where it will remain for a further 8 years to age oxidatively. On average this sherry is 12 years of age and is a perfectly balanced, fresh and lightly saline wine that pairs particularly well with mature cheeses and nuts.
