Merchant's description

The Fiano di Avellino Riserva ‘Vino della Stella’ by Joaquin is a lively and distinctive expression that comes directly from the heart of Irpinia. The grapes are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, destemmed and macerated for 48 hours. Fermentation then takes place in stainless-steel tanks before a period of maturation. On the nose, expect fresh and fruity aromas, with hints of melon and passion fruit, and a touch of basil. The palate is slightly savoury and elegant, with Mediterranean herbs on the finish.
