Merchant's description
Virginie Blanc is a cracking St Emilion white wine produced by the highly acclaimed Château Valandraud. The 2016 is a slightly more tightly wound vintage than the 2015 with more citrus-centric aromas and flavours rather versus tropical exoticism. Nonetheless it is superbly balanced, focussed and crisp with pleasing complexity and eminent drinkability.
