The Domaine was established by Henri Boillot in 2005, although the Boillot family has a long history in winemaking that stretches back several generations. This cuvée comes from the Volnay Premier Cru ‘Les Caillerets’, where Henri Boillot owns a 0.72-hectare plot. The vineyard is beautifully exposed to the south and east, with a mix of marl and limestone soil.
