Allan Scott Estate Pinot Gris is a dry, light-bodied orange from Pinot Gris (Marlborough, New Zealand), in the orange and skin-contact whites style. Acidity is fresh; oak influence is none. Good with charcuterie, Middle Eastern food, roast pork, spiced chicken.

This vegan friendly Pinot Gris had a short spell of skin contact to enhance its flavour. With aromas of melon, citrus and stone fruit, this wine is highly drinkable now and will accompany a broad range of cuisine. Utterly delicious served as an aperitif with a platter of hard cheeses.
